The President of the Mpls City Council coined the term "Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing". However, since their tenure began in Mpls, the housing within their ward has risen in property value, and also in height with the amount of condominiums constructed. To highlight the end of their career, we made this poster for them and the rest of Mpls, and really for any other city suffering from lack of affordable housing.
